- Perovskite solar cells: wide-bandgap, narrow-bandgap, and multi-junction devices (all-perovskite tandem)                                             for high efficiency & stability, toward commercialization

- Image sensors: RGB- single photodetectors, vertically stacked Image sensors, pixels patterning methods

- Halide perovskites: ABX3, A2B'B''X6, A2BX6, A3B2X9, 2D-perovskites (A2BX4), Pb-free perovskites,                                                    super-stable/non-toxic compositions, memristor, synapse, etc.

- Oxide semiconductors: hole/electron transport, hetero-junctions, transparent conducting oxides (TCO),                                                   smart windows, anti-bacterial films, photoelectrolysis, etc.

- Nano-structures: nanoparticles (QDs, nanospheres, nanorods, nanowires, core-shells, etc.),

                                nanowires/nanotubes standing on substrates, hierarchical nano-structures
